Co founder, jointly built the online shop from scratch starting in May 2020
Operated the shop until the end of 2024
Backend, shop structure, design, product management, website content, photography and video production were handled entirely by the two of us
At the time, without AI. Today, the same work could be done much more efficiently using AI, automation, and tools and data sources connected via MCP
